PFAS has been the topic for much discussion and the textile industry has been listed as one of the industries that should expect some kind of ban against the usage of PFAS.
At Gabriel we have for years followed the extensive use of PFAS worldwide in many applications, hereunder fabrics. We have evaluated this to be problematic as these substances have a documented negative impact on the environment and human health. Because of this yearlong attention we are not adding any PFAS in the production and our fabrics are free of PFAS.
