GREENGUARD is a certification system for building materials, finishes and furnishings, including furniture products. The certification system sets health-based standards for the use of chemicals and VOC emissions levels to help ensure that products are acceptable for use in indoor environments.
A lot of Gabriel’s fabrics are tested according to ANSI/BIFMA M7.1 standard (ANSI/BIFMA e3 – 2019). You can find the tested fabrics here and read more about VOC testing here.
Please note, however, that Gabriel fabrics that have not been tested according to ANSI/BIFMA M7.1 standard are still expected to pass tests as a furniture component.
