With the opening of the new facility, FurnMaster are looking to hire approximately 100 new employees in the early months of the new year and later expects to expand with 200-300 more employees within the next couple of years. FurnMaster is not new in Poland but already employs several hundred specialised staff at their facilities in Świebodzin.
“We are very pleased that our new facility will be located in Kożuchów”, says Piotr Baut, Director for FurnMaster Sp. z.o.o. “Here we will have access to an attractive and skilled workforce with the qualifications that we need to run an effective production facility and manufacture high-quality furniture products”.
To fill in the vacancies at the new facility, FurnMaster is looking for various production and warehouse workers, including upholsterers, sewing machinists, warehouse operatives, and staff for the assembly line. Training will take place on-the-job, where new employees will learn the individual skills and requirements related to the specific job.

The local government in Kożuchów has also offered valuable support, working hard to ensure a smooth process, and creating an attractive environment for new businesses in the region.”
