Gabriel Academy is our mobile training and learning centre where we invite customers, partners, designers and architects to tap into our knowledge within a diversity of fields such as for example architecture, design, technology and fabrics. Gabriel experts and guest lecturers host various academy events throughout the year and offer relevant and exciting insights on a wide range of topics.
In the coming months, Gabriel Academy goes on tour to four German cities including Munich and Berlin in March, Stuttgart in May and finally Hamburg in June. At the four events we offer our German customers and partners a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge on colour trends and furniture fire safety standards.
We have invited Livia Baum from the Agentur für Farbdesign und Trendforschung to give us her insights on the latest trends in the context of colour. She will guide us through the colour cycles from the 1950’s to the present and share with us which up-coming trends will move us in the future.
Expert on fire safety, fire protection officer Ingo Bandurski from ProCom-Bestmann, will share his expansive knowledge on fire safety and upholstered furniture. We will find out why optimum seating comfort does not preclude superior fire safety – and the other way around – and learn more about fire protection standards B1.
