Our products are subject to a number of tests before they are released. Furthermore, Gabriel always seeks to advice our customers about choosing the right product for the right use. Gabriel has also decided to seek product certifications as a way of obtaining third party statements for the quality and performance of our products. Gabriel can always advice customers about labels and how to fulfil requirements in a certain market.

Technical sales and customer service will be performed by QEP-Master in a manner perceived by the customer as professional and impartial interaction. This will help to create new customer relationships, retain customers, and develop the partnership with existing customers.

We provide the following services

  • Advice on products.
  • Training on products, production, tests and labelling.
  • Contract review.
  • Clarification and fulfilment of customer requirements.
  • Establishment of environmental and health labelling (Oeko-Tex, EU Ecolabel and C2C).
  • Assist customers with their product certifications, e.g. HÅG Capisco (Nordic Ecolabel), Giroflex G 353 (Cradle to Cradle) and Buro Seating (GreenTag).
