How do our work environments affect our ability to produce great results?

Is it possible to better motivate employees through office lighting, ­coloring, use of materials and design choices?

These where the questions when Steelcase held the event “Engaging a Resilient Workforce Through Design” at Galerie Forsblom in Helsinki. Among the beautiful works of art on display, the participants learned how to amplify performance at the workplace by catering to often overlooked sensory needs.

Gabriel sponsored the event by supplying fabrics of different textures to enhance the sensory experience. The participants loved to play with the fabrics and the event was a great success.
