From idea to innovation

InnovationMaster carried out a skills development project for all Gabriel employees in partnership with Danfoss Universe under the heading: From idea to innovation - a journey for all Gabriel staff.

The aim of the project was to build up operational skills in each employee to improve and shorten the process from sowing a good idea to the germination of a business-oriented concept.

The process started on 15 April with an innovation journey for the management group, after which all employees were sent off to a total of 8 workshops. This initial journey was completed at the annual kick-off in October.
