Customer satisfaction is a pivotal point in Gabriel's SCM strategy. We want to create the greatest possible value for our clients at all times. We therefore continually focus on initiatives which will improve our level of service.

Orders are followed by experienced logistics employees in our Aalborg office, from placing of the order to final delivery.
Requirements for suppliers
Gabriel operates in a market in which clients specify binding requirements. We must provide a cost-effective solution which is accompanied by the highest levels of service and innovation in the sector. The level of input by both suppliers and Gabriel is therefore high, and there is continual focus on optimisation of the supply chain.
We enter into cooperation agreements in the expectation of successful short- and long-term partnerships. Our Supply Chain partners can be anywhere, but whether they are in China, Lithuania or Denmark, the partnership is always close and open, with focus on satisfying our clients' requirements.
We select the most suitable suppliers on the basis of high demands with respect to:
- quality and environment
- logistics
- development expertise
Gabriel is the coordinating "spider" at the centre of the web/the supply chain, and we always know where in the world the goods are. Our competent planners and purchasers are ready to handle the job.
Supplier approval
All relevant environmental, quality and logistics questions are reviewed in a fixed procedure before a supplier is admitted to Gabriel's supply chain. Only when all of Gabriel's requirements have been resolved and accepted can a supplier commence its deliveries.
In the area of logistics, we ensure that the supply chain has been tested before the client's first order is sent to Gabriel. Further details of our requirements with respect to environment and quality are given under "Quality and environment".
Supplier satisfaction and expertise
We ask our suppliers to assess us as a client each quarter. This is a valuable dialogue through which we identify the most important points of focus such as quality and flexibility with respect to orders. This helps us to ensure that all links in the supply chain are connected and in step.
